Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment:
Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours. Orders that are processed prior to 10 am CST will ship that day, otherwise they will ship the next business day.
Shipping Terms:
All shipments are made Freight on Board (F.O.B). from our shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the order leaves our warehouse. Buyer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage in transit and should purchase insurance if needed.
Carrier Delays & Liability:
B Lynn Parfums is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once a package is with the carrier. This includes delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, equipment failure, or supply chain issues).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
In such cases, customers must file a claim with the carrier. USPS may require a police report to proceed.
No refunds or replacements will be issued until the carrier’s investigation is complete.
Refused Deliveries:
Refused packages, for any reasons other than damage, are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for all original and return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
